RULES FOR 93.9 SUMMER GIVEAWAY
- Contestants DO NOT have to purchase goods or services to enter drawing, but must visit sponsor location to scan QR code or drop entry into box.
- Contestants encouraged to visit all sponsor locations to enter or scan codes for multiple chances to win
- QR code sends listener to a specific web page on WRWH’s website in order to register
- Casual website visitors will not be able to register for prizes
- Winners of weekly prizes will be included for the grand prize trip
- Winners of weekly prizes will NOT be included subsequent weekly prizes
- Prizes will be given away at least weekly on the air (Morning Show with Dean)
- Grand prize will be given away August 4th on the air (Morning Show with Dean)
- Grand prize is free 4-night stay at Sunset Inn, Panama City Beach, FL
- WRWH 93.9fm and 1350am / White County Media, LLC or Sponsors of promotion employees and their immediate relatives and any other media employees are ineligible to win the prizes.
- Winners will be notified and will have 30 days to pick up the prize at the radio station.
- No credit or cash or other substitutions will be given for any unused portion of any prize package. No refund or compensation will be paid in the event a gift card, voucher or certificate can no longer be redeemed if the participating company / retailer has closed or is unavailable.
- The radio station reserves the right to stop the promotion at any time for any reason, including a national disaster, terrorist activity, or any other event reasonably beyond the control of the station.
- Entrants must submit all information required on the entry form, which may include first and last name, telephone number, email address, home address, and/or date of birth.
- WRWH Radio reserves the right to reject or discard any incomplete or confusing entry and any entry not submitted in accordance with promotion rules. A limited number of prizes require the winner to be 21 years of age.
- No promotion, promotion rules or explanations thereof shall be construed or implemented in any way which violates applicable laws and regulations, including FCC rules and regulations.
- Participants will not have any expectation of privacy concerning the information submitted or the announcement of winners. WRWH Radio reserves the right to use such information for any purpose as WRWH Radio deems appropriate to use name, voice and likeness in all publicity surrounding the Contest promotion.
- Submission of an entry or response shall constitute acceptance of the promotion rules and a waiver of any and all claims against WRWH 93.9fm and 1350am / White County Media, LLC or Sponsors of promotion.
- Winners are responsible for any and all taxes incurred as a result of their winning. Each winner of prize(s) valued at or with a combined value of at least $600 will receive an IRS 1099 form at the end of the calendar year.
- Prizes must be picked up during our regular office hours. Our offices are open Monday-Friday 9a.m. -5 p.m.
GRAND PRIZE RULES
Family Beach accommodations for 2-6 to Sunset Inn on Panama City Beach
- Trip must be finished by December 31, 2024.
- Trip not available between Memorial Day and Labor Day, also not available during Spring Break (two-week time frame last week of March, first week of April)
- Trip to be arranged by winner directly with Sunset Inn
- Winner will be provided with certificate of prize and information needed to schedule stay.
- Winner will receive a 1099 for tax purposes
- Winner is responsible for any property damage
- All non-family guests must be 25 years or older to check in.
- No pets allowed
- Prize includes stay and all taxes for 4 nights
- Subject to any rules or policies of Sunset Inn; see webpage for details
- Sunset Inn amenities include: heated pool, outdoor deck with gas grills, coin operated laundry facilities, free Wi-Fi, hair dryers, irons and full ironing boards, cable TV with HBO, and more.
- Trip is for a 2-room, gulf view with private balcony at Sunset Inn, Panama City Beach, FL
- Unit consists of:
- One bedroom with queen bed
- Living area with queen bed and queen sleeper sofa
- Kitchenette
- Bathroom
